Download and extract it to the BizTalk server & configure it as an application in IIS.
Configure the AppPool to run under BizTalk Administrator user Identity. The AppPool should run under
ASP.NET framework 4.0
Make sure to mark the "Enable 32-bit Applications" property of the AppPool to
True.
In the web.config file set the BizTalkMgmtDBName key to the name of the BizTalk management database
In the web.config file set the BizTalkMgmtDBServer key to the BizTalk Group Server Name.
